1) Digital products only
All products sold on this Website are digital items (for example, downloadable files and/or digital content).
We do not sell physical goods.
2) EU/EEA/UK consumer notice (digital content & right of withdrawal)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK and you purchase digital content, you understand that, by completing your purchase,
you request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal
may be lost once the download or access begins, where applicable under local law.
3) No returns
Because our products are delivered digitally, there is no return option.
Once a digital item has been delivered or made available for download/access, it cannot be “returned”.
4) No refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital items, including (but not limited to)
cases of accidental purchase, change of mind, incompatibility, or failure to read product descriptions/requirements.
5) Exceptions (technical delivery issues)
If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents access to the digital item you purchased (for example,
a broken download link or corrupted file), please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to help you access the item
(such as providing a new download link or replacement file).
Note: Assistance to restore access or re-deliver a file is not a refund.
