End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

This End User Licence Agreement applies to font software published by
Pedro Teixeira Foundry and issued by
Pedro Alexandre Vilas Boas Teixeira, also referred to as
Pedro Alexandre Teixeira, of Povoa de Varzim, Portugal.

1. Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing, or using the font files,
you agree to this EULA.

2. Ownership

The fonts and all related intellectual property remain the property of Pedro
Teixeira Foundry. Your purchase grants a licence to use the fonts; it does not
transfer ownership of the font software or typeface design.

3. General Licence Nature

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all licences are non-exclusive,
non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and limited to the scope purchased. Any
rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Desktop Licence

A Desktop Licence permits installation and use of the font files on computers
or workstations controlled by the licence holder for creating static designs
and outputs such as print files, static images, PDFs, social media graphics,
non-broadcast video graphics, and similar design deliverables.

Desktop licences are sold by usage tier. The available tiers are:

Desktop | 3 PCs
Desktop | 10 PCs
Desktop | 25 PCs

The font files may only be installed on up to the number of computers covered
by the licence purchased.

5. Web Licence

A Web Licence permits the use of the supplied webfont files on one website or
web domain controlled by the licence holder through CSS @font-face or
equivalent technology.

Web licences are sold by monthly page-view tier. The available tiers are:

Web | 10k page views
Web | 25k page views
Web | 50k page views

If traffic exceeds the purchased tier, the licence holder must promptly obtain
the appropriate upgraded licence.

6. Permitted Business Use

Licensed users may use the fonts within the purchased scope for branding,
editorial design, packaging, websites, static social media graphics,
presentations, and similar design uses covered by the relevant licence tier.

7. Contractors and Client Work

You may provide the fonts to printers, prepress services, developers, or
similar contractors strictly for output or implementation related to your
licensed project. Those contractors may not use the fonts for unrelated work
and must delete the files once the permitted work is complete.

If you purchase a licence on behalf of a client, the client must be the
licence holder and must be made aware of and accept this EULA.

8. Trial, Demo, and Preview Files

Trial, demo, or preview files are for evaluation only unless expressly stated
otherwise. They may not be used in final commercial or published work without
the corresponding paid licence.

9. Restrictions

You may not:

sell, share, redistribute, sublicense, lend, lease, or transfer the font
files to third parties except as expressly allowed above;
upload the font files to public repositories or file-sharing services;
modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, convert, rename, or create
derivative font files;
open the fonts in font-editing software to alter, extract, or export new
font files;
register a trademark or logo based on the font without obtaining an
appropriate additional licence if required;
use the fonts beyond the purchased desktop or web limits.

10. Additional Licences

App, game, e-book, broadcasting, server, OEM, trademark, large enterprise,
unlimited, exclusive, or custom licences are not granted under this standard
EULA unless separately agreed in writing.

11. Upgrades and Cumulative Licences

If you need broader use, additional licences may be purchased. Multiple
licences for the same licence holder may be cumulative unless expressly stated
otherwise.

12. Termination

Any breach of this EULA may result in termination of the licence. Upon
termination, all copies of the font files must be deleted or destroyed,
including backup copies where legally and technically possible.

13. Warranty and Liability

The fonts are supplied as-is. While reasonable care is taken in preparing font
files, Pedro Teixeira Foundry does not guarantee that the software will be
uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow. To the maximum
extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the
relevant licence.

14. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject
to the courts of Portugal with territorial jurisdiction as determined by
applicable law.
